Sydney Trip

the Sydney trip was a bit of a bust. my heart just wasn't in it. i was tired and starting to come down with germs someone had left on their chair i was sitting in. mostly spent my time either in meetings or wasting time. tired really hard, but just didn't seem to get anywhere. i'll be back to loads of work on Monday (lot of catching up to do). in lighter news, i went to an engagement party last night that i was dreading, but quite enjoyed myself. there were a few people from work, and a guy who used to work in my office who i spent the night talking to (and his wife). lovely people, and he kept trying to give me love advice (it may have worked, i still need to wrap my head around the whole conundrum). chacha.
