Know the easiest way to put on weight?
Spend two weeks working longer hours than usual.
You're sitting down a lot staring at a blinding screen.
You tend to do less exercise as a result.
You become lazy.
As a result you cook less.
As a result you eat out more.
You eat out at vending machines *a lot*.
My tally for today has been:
Breakfast cereal and a banana (good start)
Toast (ok)
Tea
Thick steaming roast beef sandwich (uh-oh)
with tomato and lettuce (okay)
An apple (yay!)
4 small bars of rock hard nougat (ouch!)
A Kit Kat (double ouch!)
A bag of Dorito's (triple ouch!)
Some fries, party pies, spicy chicken and what not at Friday night drinks (here it comes...)
An orange juice, skinny late, coke, V and a bottle of water (almost here...)
GODDAMn, I've gotta go to the crapper...
